Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials

1. This Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter also referred to as – the “Cardholder”) and GATWORK LTD (hereinafter – the “Company).

2. Disclosures of the Merchant: 2.1. Your Credentials will be used for: Cardholder Initiated COF Transactions and Merchant Initiated COF Transactions. 2.2. Description of Goods: Dietary Supplements. 2.3. Fixed date or interval of the Transaction: N/A. 2.4. Event that will prompt the Transaction: Merchant Initiated COF Transactions upon depletion of Cardholder’s stock of Goods, and Cardholder Initiated COF Transactions

3. The following details in relation to this Agreement shall be included in the transaction confirmation: card number, transaction amount, surcharges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorization code, the Merchant’s location.

4. You will be notified of any changes to the present Agreement 7 (seven) business days before such changes become effective in relation to scheduled (with fixed, regular intervals) Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions, and 2 (two) business days before such changes become effective in relation to Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions which are unscheduled or in relation to Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions.

5. The Agreement shall enter into force after successful authorization (or account verification) by your card issuer and receipt of your consent to this Agreement by the Merchant, and shall be valid until terminated by you or by the Merchant according to the Cancellation policy.

6. The Cancellation and refund policies of the Merchant are detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

Prices displayed are excluding value added tax. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay applicable taxes and duties in relation to your state, province or country.

Shipping & Handling

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL or other carriers depending on your location. Packages will arrive within 2 business days for urban locations, and within 3 business days for all other zones. Standard shipping and handling is included in all prices listed on this website. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. All packages are shipped with insurance, and delivery is guaranteed. If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will reship your at no cost to you. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Satisfaction Guarantee, Refund and Return Policy

All orders are secured by a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return the unused portion of your order to us for a full refund. To return your order to us for a full refund you must contact us by live chat, phone or email, to request return instructions. Your return instructions will contain for where you are required to return your order, along with a return merchandise authorization number.

Please note that you pay for return shipping. packages received at our warehouse without a return merchandise authorization number will not be refunded, and packages received past the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee timeline are also unable to be refunded.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse you will automatically be issued a refund within 48 hours. Please note that it can take 3-5 business day for your bank to post your refund to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
